Holland

Necessary to get from Hook van Holland to Ijmuiden, I used local transport; numerous busses and several trains later I finally made it. Thinking it would be easier than it was and the fact I had 12hrs to make the journey before my ship to Newcastle departed I did not pre-plan. It was actually very tricky, but fun trying to get from one port to another.

The bonus of using public transport was if I passed a town that looked nice, I would hop off, have an explore and a coffee, then continue my journey. The bus stop in Ijmuiden is around a 15min walk from the port through a residential area.
